If the problem refers to the content of a post shared by another user, which you consider inappropriate, you have the option to ‘Flag’ the publication. You can learn more at Report an Abuse.
If it is a technical problem that you have identified or a question, or if you want to unsubscribe from Launchyoo (🙁), you can write us from within the application. In the main menu you will find Help and Support, where you can give all the details about your request or complaint. Here you can also ask for generic assistance, leave us a suggestion, an assessment, a comment or report an abuse (user with inappropriate behaviour).
When we answer you, you will receive an email to your registration email from our customer service team, via email customercare@launchyoo.com.
One other thing: we suggest you to participate in the public group &LaunchyooFuncionalidades, where many of the options, functionalities and news about the application are explained. It is sure to solve many of your doubts about how Launchyoo works. If you still have unclear questions, get in touch with us and we will be happy to help you.
