Managing Launchyoo

At Launchyoo we have only two interests: the first is that you like this social network, you enjoy it, it grows, succeeds and we have a future together: that is true sustainability; the second, that our product and our company survive economically.

To bring the two together in the most natural way possible, we have established that the application will display Ads. The first thing we did was to make sure which is the type of Ads, in the digital environment, that causes the least nuisance. Thus, we have selected the ‘post‘ type Ads, which appear on the wall interspersed between users normal posts.

No pop-up windows, no ads that cut videos in half, no fixed areas that always show photos or videos of advertisers. Only Ad-type posts, visible from time to time while scrolling the screen vertically. In addition, you will find them in much lower quantities than what you have become accustomed to, by force: a huge amount. The goal is not to distort the browsing experience, not to disturb you, but at the same time to give us the opportunity to obtain the necessary benefits from activities to keep going.

The Contacts icon, at the bottom right corner in the footer of the Application, and at the top right corner in the header of the Desktop version, gives you access to the list of your contacts.

The order in which they appear is, from top to bottom:

 

  • Waiting for your decision (they have asked you for friendship. Only if you are a ‘User’-type profile).
  • Friends or Followers, depending on your profile type.
  • Following.
  • Request sent (you have requested friendship to another ‘User’-type profile and you are waiting for their decision)

For each of your present contacts (Friends/Followers and Following), arranged vertically, you will see, on the right side, the icon that allows you to remove them from your contact list. You will be asked for final confirmation before proceeding.

You can, in the same way and with the same icon, delete the friendship request that you have sent to a contact whose decision is still pending.

The fact that a friendship request is pending, either because you have sent it or because it has been sent to you, is also displayed on the profile page of the person in question, with the indication “PENDING“.

In the case of ‘Friendship’ requests (if you and the other person are both User-type profiles) that you have received, your contacts page will display it to you in the first place. You can:

  • Accept the request, so that the profile will become part of your friends and you of his or hers.
  • Deny the request. You do not accept the request. The user will not receive any notification about it, but will be able to request the friendship again.
  • Block the request. You block the profile, which will not be able to ask you for friendship again. If he or she will go to your profile page, he/she will find the indication “PENDING”.

In the event that you are an Influencer, Business or Association type of profile and another profile wishes to follow you, the acceptance will be automatic and a notification will appear to you, letting you know that you have a new follower. These types of profiles are considered public and individual acceptance is not necessary. Of course, you can remove any profile from the list of your Followers or from those you yourself follow (‘Following’).

Friends, Followers and Following lists display profiles in chronological order, from the date you stablished the relationship.

You can find here the different contact methods that we put at your disposal, depending on the reason why you want to contact us. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible.

Within the application itself you will find, in the main Menu, “Help and Support“. You can use it to leave us any comment, suggestion, assessment, indication of problems on the platform, etc. You just have to select the type of need and write us describing the problem or issue.

Once you have registered to Launchyoo, access will be immediate. The application remembers the last user and keeps it active, so that it will not be necessary to log in again, but if you logged out or you use more than one profile and therefore need to change from one to another, the login screen allows access with the simple indication of email and password.

Why email and not nickname? They ask us often. For two reasons:

  • It is safer. Your nickname is visible to everyone. Your email to no one.
  • It is easier to memorize. Especially for those of us who use complicated nicknames or have many profiles.

Once the data has been compiled, clicking on “Login” will give immediate access to Launchyoo.

The login screen allows, in turn, to create a new account (register) and to manage the password change and forgot password.

The rest of the people on the platform will know you by your nickname. You must indicate it during the registration process and, for now, it is not modifiable. Keep in mind that not all characters are allowed, the registration guide will warn you if you are using any of them. Your nickname appears in your profile page and in all the posts you share on the walls and groups.

But also, you can indicate your real name or another way in which you want to be known. This information appears in your profile page, below your nickname, to the left of your profile type, and next to your profile type when someone opens any of your posts.

When someone searches for you with the search bar, they will be able to find you by your nickname but also by your real name, as long as your real name privacy option allows it. To modify it, you can go to the main Menu, then ‘Privacy’, and decide there who can search and see your real name: everyone, friends of friends, friends, none.

We show you internal notifications and the bell-shaped icon, at the bottom right corner in the APP version, and at the top right corner in the Desktop version, lights up and indicates you the number of these that await your attention. Once you click on the icon, the notifications menu will display them, then you can click on any of them to go to the event in question.

Internal notifications appear when:

  • You have shared a post. Due to the potential inclusion of large files (videos, images or audio) it is possible that a time may pass between the moment you clicked “Share” and the moment the post is actually shared on the walls or a group.
  • You have received a comment on one of your posts.
  • You have received a response to a comment from you.
  • You have received a friendship request (User-type profile).
  • You have a new follower (Influencer, Business or Association type profile).
  • You have been mentioned in a post.
  • Someone has requested to join a group that you have created and in which you are therefore an administrator.
  • You have been accepted into a Private or Secret group.
  • There is a new post in a group to which you belong.

These notifications are the bare minimum to enjoy browsing a social platform. We don’t want to bombard you with useless notifications!

But also, Launchyoo can send “push” notifications, which show activity through the application icon on your mobile phone. The cases that can activate these types of notifications are currently:

  • You were mentioned on a post.
  • You have received a comment on one of your posts.
  • New post in a group to which you belong.
  • New post from a ‘warm’ contact.
  • New post from a ‘hot’ contact.
  • You have received a friend request (User-type profile).
  • You have a new follower (Influencer, Business or Association type profile).

You can choose to activate push notifications for each of these cases or, on the contrary, deactivate them, accessing Notifications page in the main Menu. You will see some functions in the list that are not available yet… we keep working!

Launchyoo notifications

Launchyoo presents functions and modes of use that will be familiar to you, but also new features that you must know to be able to take full advantage of, with the aim of improving your own visibility and digital reach.

Here we leave you a series of suggestions to achieve it, with professional profiles in mind: INFLUENCER, BUSINESS and ASSOCIATION.

  • Remember that professional profiles cannot follow USER-type profiles. Dynamics of “I follow you if you follow me” are thus avoided, which favor those who have a long time to spend or who take it very seriously to follow people and then be followed. Here is the content, its quality, the only thing that counts and it is like that for everyone. More on the types of contacts between profiles HERE.

  • Hashtags have an organic importance here, greater than on other social networks. Because on Launchyoo, users indicate their likes through personal tags. If a post of yours contains one of those personal tags, that person is more likely to see it. It is interesting, therefore, that you suggest in your publications, from time to time, that those who see it incorporate the tags that you use the most among their own personal tags.

  • Similarly, your goal should be for your followers to set you as a hot contact. Thus, you multiply the options that they see the content you publish. At Launchyoo, it is the person who decides how much he or she wants to see from each of their contacts based on personal tastes and interests, and not an algorithm. More on contact temperature HERE.

  • The importance of the Re-Post is also very great. As posts are displayed in chronological order, they lose visibility over time, go “down” in Walls or feeds. If a user Re-Posts, he or she returns the publication to the top of his/her feed and that of all those who see it. It will regain relevance and will expand to those contacts of the person who has made Re-Post that will see it. Messages spread because people want it! And not least, any interaction with the Re-Post is in addition to those of the original post, so that the creator of the content takes the credit.

  • Take advantage of the Walls wisely. Each attracts users based on the type of content present and on the browsing experience. Determine which Wall is the one where most of the people you want to communicate with are grouped and create posts that will go there. In the same way, modify the message depending on which Wall you are going to go to.

  • In general, Audio has very little place in “generic” social networks (in which it is possible to share all kinds of files). But Launchyoo has its specific Wall at your complete disposal for your podcasts or your audio communications. It is an important novelty.

  • Your profile page is the center of your activity within the platform. It is not a mere space of passage as is usually the case in the rest of social networks, it is a place where users come to find out better about you. Take care of the aesthetics of the photos, write a good description, take advantage of the links to external URLs and take good care of your Album.

  • Yes indeed, your Album is the “anti-stories”. As the content that is shared on the Walls loses relevance over time and is naturally ephemeral due to its publication in chronological order, whatever you share that most identifies you or that you like most you can take to your Album. Anyone who will visit your profile page will be able to access it and enjoy its content, permanently hosted, the photos, audios or videos present there, and the publications in which you incorporated them. It should be a collection of the best events, products, services…

  • Advanced interaction allows you to get specific feedback from whoever interacts with your publication. Like/Love, Yes/No, and Star Rating serve a variety of purposes and can provide you with important information.

  • Remember, Launchyoo is an “open” social network, which allows growth both inside and outside the platform in a way that no other achieves and that allows the unregistered to enjoy the content. Insert links to your external pages in your publications, share your posts outside of Launchyoo and also share your profile page (very important) in other networks, on your blog or on your professional or corporate page. Use SEO techniques and use keywords… search engines detect activity related to your publications and indexing will be improved.

We DO NOT show your connection status to other users. There is no option that allows you to activate or deactivate this function, it simply is not possible because it is not part of the way we think social networks should be. For a thousand reasons, the use of these products can generate a lot of anxiety, an urge to be permanently connected, sharing, watching… It can be exhausting. When you connect to Launchyoo, we want the experience to be, in this sense, diverse, serene, and not displaying the state of connection of the people who use it is, from our point of view, a step in that direction.

Your profile page is your window to the rest of the Launchyoo universe. The information you include is helpful for others, inside and outside of the platform, to better know who you are, with whom they interact, to be able to form an opinion about you and to be able to find you. Among all its data, only the nickname is always visible and must be entered during the registration process to the application.

We have looked for a fresh aesthetics for the profile page, and it will be you to complete it and give it the final touches, building it to your desires. It’s yours!

The information that can be entered is the following:

Nickname. It is the name by which you identify yourself in Launchyoo. No other user can share it and it will not be possible for you to continue with the registration process if the nickname you indicate is already in use by another user. It is not possible, at the moment, to change your nickname after registration. However, for special needs please contact us at customercare@launchyoo.com and we will assist you.

Real name. You can enter it if you wish, to make it easier for other users to find you in the application. User-type profiles can choose who will be able to see it (everyone, friends of friends, friends, nobody).

Profile photo. Your presentation photo, which will be seen by all Launchyoo users.

Background picture. Accompanying your profile photo on your personal page.

Birthdate. Upcoming features, such as active socialization or the indication of the birthday of the contacts, will require you to indicate it in order to properly function. It is not mandatory information.

Chatyoo. On the left side of the profile photo of any of your contacts (Friends, Followers or Following) you will find the icon that gives access to direct and private conversation with that profile. This icon does not appear on your own page or on that of profiles that are not contacts.

Gender. Indication of your gender. Again, some future features will require you to indicate this in order to function properly. It is not and will not be mandatory information in any case.

Your presentation. Below your profile photo you have the possibility to write a text with no length limit, to introduce yourself to the world. We call it “About me“. Write whatever you want! It is your moment.

Links to websites. You can enter up to four URLs to direct anyone who visits your profile page, with a single click, to your website, your project or company page, your profiles on other social networks… whatever you want.

Furthermore, the profile page displays the number of your contacts, with no possibility to access them though (you will do so through the contacts page icon). They will be your “Friends” and “Following” if you are a User, or your “Followers” if you are an Influencer, Business or Association. “Following” number is not displayed for this profile types.

Your posts in chronological order, your Feed, is also visible. It is accessible by any user who visits your profile page.

And at the bottom part, the last thing to be displayed is your Album. The collection of your best moments, favourite places, photos, best products if you are a company, services if you are a company or professional… They are a collection of multimedia files (photos, videos or audios) that you want to place, in a visible and permanent way, on your profile page.

From your profile page you can add content to the Album belonging to your already shared publications, through the ‘+’ icon positioned on the top right side.

Sure, and you can follow us on the other social networks if you want. There, we publish corporate content, we announce the news we bring and, in general, we try to generate curiosity and interest so that people sign up for Launchyoo. If you add an image to the post you are preparing, which contains a video or an audio file and therefore you want it to go to the Video or Audio&Podcast wall respectively, the image will serve as the cover. If, on the other hand, you do not add an image, the video will display, as a preview, the first frame, while the audio will display a generic icon of the application.

Yes!. It is possible to add them, one per publication. In addition, they do not influence the calculation of which Wall your post will go to (more about Walls HERE). For example, if you write a short text to be published in MINIMES, if you include a GIF it will still go there.

To add a GIF to the post you are creating, select the icon to attach an image. In the drop-down menu that appears you will find the option “GIPHY“. Tap on it and you will directly access the GIF selection screen, where you can write words that help you find what you are looking for.

The loaded GIF appears, miniaturized, in the right side of the attached files area.

GIFs appear first in publications, above any other audiovisual content and text. After all, they describe emotions, moods and … what is more important than that?

But this is not all. In Launchyoo you can also add GIFs to comments and nested comments (replies to comments). To do this, simply press the button with the “plus” sign to the left of the text area dedicated to the comment. You will directly access the GIF selection and you will be able to incorporate it, with or without additional text.

GIFs are a wonderful tool. They allow you to share an opinion, a state of mind, in a fun and straightforward way. Launchyoo seeks to be a space to share those things in a genuine way, so … let’s gif!

The first and best way to invite friends is… through word of mouth! We are proud to think that our Launchers talk about the application to other people who, curious, will sign up. This is how we grow!

In addition, within the application Menu you can find the option Invite your friends. Its colour is unmistakable, you will see it right away. It allows you to send an email to whoever you want from within the platform, writing the subject and the message. The person you send it to will receive your email with the direct link to the Android and iOs Stores, so that they can download Launchyoo if they wish.

There is yet another way that is surely more interesting, because it creates curiosity: sharing a post or a profile page outside the platform. Launchyoo is an “open” social network, so its content is visible to non-registered users, although with some limitations:

  • When a profile page is shared, an unregistered person does not see the real name, age, gender nor the Album (privacy of personal data as a priority). Moreover, they will see the posts present in the profile Feed but they cannot select “See All”.
  • When a post is shared, an unregistered person cannot interact with it: they cannot write a comment, Like/Love (or any other selected interaction), nor Re-Post.

When an unregistered person tries to perform an action that is not consented, Launchyoo invites them to register to go on.

With all this, a nice way to “launch the hook” to people you know can be to just share with them your own profile page or interesting publications. Click HERE to see how to do it. You find it in the final part of the article, when it comes to sharing outside of Launchyoo. Thus, if they like what they see, they might consider registering.

It is possible to modify or reset your password from the Login page of the application, through the option “Forgot password?“.

Click there to access the menu for resetting or modifying your password. You will be asked to indicate the registration email. Once this is provided, click on Authentication code.

You will then receive an email to proceed with the change. Click on RESET PASSWORD. In the email you will also find the reset code, a very long alphanumeric code.

When you have clicked on RESET PASSWORD, you will be automatically sent to Launchyoo’s password update page.

You will find your registration email, the automatically compiled alphanumeric code and the space for you to type your new password twice. You do not therefore need to remember the old password. After entering the new password twice, click ACTIVATE to update it. It will take immediate effect.

Alternatively, when you clicked on Authentication Code right after entering your email, you will be able to manually paste the alphanumeric code, should you have already received it, and then enter the new password twice. To go ahead this way, make sure you have activated the “I already have an authentication code” tag.

At Launchyoo we use the latest development technologies available. This allows us to make improvements to the application in real time, called “over the air”, which will be made available to all users automatically. This is why it might happen that you find, from time to time, improvements with respect to the last time you connected. You should join the public group &LaunchyooFuncionalidades within the application to stay up to date.

For major updates or those that require changes in the structure of the application, it will be necessary to access the Android, iOS or Huawei Store, depending on your device, and download the available update. The official profile of the platform, ‘Launchyoo’ (be sure to follow it) will warn whenever such a thing is necessary.

The Desktop version does not require any action, it updates automatically and autonomously.

There are a number of reasons why you might have trouble when trying to sign up. In most cases these are easily solvable issues. Here is a list of some of the possible reasons why you might not be able to complete the Launchyoo registration process:

  • The nickname that you indicated during registration already exists, it has been previously selected by another user. There can be no duplicate nicknames on Launchyoo. A message at the bottom of the screen will let you know that this issue is happening when you try to proceed with the registration.
  • The nickname you have specified contains characters that are not allowed. A message at the bottom of the screen will indicate this, when you try to proceed with the registration.
  • There are ‘space’ characters in your nickname or in the email. Make sure there are no spaces to the right of the text you have written, it usually happens.
  • The password must be entered twice to ensure there are no errors. Make sure you have entered the same password both times.
  • Selecting the type of profile blocks you, you don’t know what to choose. The orange light bulb icon on the right will give you useful information to make your choice easier.
  • I don’t know what the “Ambassador’s Nickname” is. Again, another orange lightbulb on the right side will clarify the issue for you. In any case, it is not necessary to write anything in this section in order to continue.

This is in regards to the main registration screen. Once you have compiled everything correctly and clicked on “Create an account”, an email will be sent to you. It is part of the two-steps verification process, necessary to ensure the security of your registration and your data.

If this email does not reach you, it is likely that it has ended up in your SPAM folder. Please take a look there. If it is not there and you confirm that the mail does not reach you, please try to register again, it could just be the case that you misspelled the e-mail address. This happens quite often, actually it has happened to the one writing these lines a couple of times, while creating test profiles. And if there’s nothing that seems to work, contact us by sending an email to customercare@launchyoo.com. We have the means to finalise the registration process for you.

The final phase consists of ACTIVATING your profile on Launchyoo, by clicking on the button that you will find in the activation email, which will take you to a page on Launchyoo in which everything is pre-compiled and you will only need to click on ‘ACTIVATE’.

And that’s it!, you have to go now to the LOGIN page, enter your email and password, and enter Launchyoo for the first time. For future occasions, these data should have been memorized. Make sure, in fact, during this first Login, that you are actually on the LOGIN page and not on any of the other pages (Registration, Activation …).

We work to further simplify the registration process; we understand that it is essential so that no one misses the benefits of this social network.

The rules for creating strong, safe passwords are universal. We provide you with a series of rules and suggestions to help you achieve this:

  • It should be easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess, including those closer to you.
  • The password you use on Launchyoo should, as much as possible, be different from the ones you use to log into other accounts and other applications.
  • Longer passwords are generally more secure.
  • Passwords that contain a variety of characters (letters, upper and lower case, numbers, special characters) are generally more secure.
  • The password should not have, as its main body, data that is easily identifiable just by knowing you, such as your phone number, your date of birth or your email address.

Once inside the App, there are many places you can go to to find out more about what you can do, what’s new and how to enjoy the platform to the max. To get information about Launchyoo in general:

  • Search for the hashtag (#) “welcome“, “bienvenido“, “bienvenida“, “#bienvenidos“, “#bem-vindo“, “#bem-vinda” or “#bem-vindos” depending on your language of preference, in the search bar. It will take you to a post where you will find first-hand information to get acquainted with your new social network -> WELCOME PUBLICATION. PUBLICACIÓN BIENVENID@. PUBLICACIÓN BEM-VINDO. The structure of Launchyoo is essentially similar to that of the rest of social networks, but there are many things that you should better know to make your user experience more complete.
  • Visit the ‘Questions And Answers’, in the main menu. There, you will find information almost as detailed as what you can find here, which explains the functionalities, how to use them, our data policies, the community rules, etc.
  • Make sure to follow the Influencer profile @Launchyoo. It is the official profile of the social network and continuously reports on what is happening and what’s in the oven. Following this profile is a good way to stay up to date.
  • Find the public group &LaunchyooFuncionalidades. The tag of groups is “&“. We notify updates there, news, we give suggestions and users ask us questions of a technical nature and about the functionalities.
  • Look for the hashtag #videos-explicativos. It will take you to a series of posts with very interactive short videos, a sort of user manual, about some of the main features of this social network. In just 5 minutes you will be up to date on most of the important things that you should know.
  • The Launchers! It is something that has been lost in social networks. When a new person enters and says hello, they are welcomed by the rest of the users. Welcome messages and greetings are read continuously. This interaction will encourage you to ask anything if you need someone to help you out, and you will see that someone will!

Information on recommended sizes of your images allows you to optimize them for the best possible display on Launchyoo.

In both cases, the lower area of ​​the background photo is partially covered by the profile picture and by the lower band of rounded edges. Tip: the central focus of the image should be off-centered about 150 pixels upwards, from the geometric center.

Regarding the preview of images in posts:

App version: longest side 1200 pixels, the other is cropped if necessary. Horizontal anchor on both sides, centred vertically.

Desktop version: the aspect ratio of the image is respected, without cropping.

And finally, some information regarding files weight:

The maximum weight of the images uploaded in the posts is 18 Mb (total weight, be it a single image or be four of them which is the max possible).

The maximum size of the videos and audio files is 400 Mb.

Policy of Use and Infringements

Those of us who have used social networks for years deserved a reset, a start from scratch with an ethical, sustainable, transparent platform, worthy of our times and of what the future deserves. We measure sustainability in how our future is assured through your satisfaction, respect for you and your data, and the return to the society that we give.

Launchyoo is a platform in which we all have a place, but as in all cases of coexistence of a large number of people, with diverse sensitivities, interests, tastes, ways of seeing life and the world, it is necessary to establish a series of criteria to ensure good coexistence between us. To some, these rules will seem too lax, to others, too rigid. It is normal, everyone has their own vision and it is impossible to please everyone, but we can tell you that we have built them and apply them with maximum transparency and the absolute desire that they truly serve a purpose: that we are all at ease in this social network.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2.

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Based on this and as our guide, we ask you, please, to:

  • Be respectful of others. Behave with other users as you would like them to behave with you.
  • Do not attack the integrity and honour of people based on their race, sex, religion or condition. We all have the right to be who we are, if we do not seek harm to others.
  • Share content that is yours, or that is not but you are authorized to do so. Copyright disputes are growing alarmingly and may have bigger legal consequences than you think. Post content created by you. You can, definitely, Re-Post any content, since it has already been entered on the platform by the person who has the rights to do so.
  • Even if you have the rights to publish the content, if other people appear, you must have their authorization so as not to interfere with personal privacy and image.
  • Do not post inappropriate content. We apply a human control over the contents and that makes us different from the rest of social networks. We like art and artists who use their bodies to explore it, but there are limits. We do not allow the display of genitalia or images or videos of explicit sexual content, or that are purely crude, without artistic, informative or awareness-raising reasons. We do not accept extremely violent content or real unmotivated violence. Nor do we want Launchyoo to see proliferation of videos that show self-harm, bullying, violent transgressions, etc. It is much, much more what we allow than what we do not, but it is necessary and we hope you understand it, that some rules must be respected, for the good of all.
  • If any person publishes texts and/or content in which he or she talks about suicidal ideas or tendencies, we ask that you first contact that person to provide assistance. The second step is that you get in touch with someone close to him or her, or with the relevant authorities. And if nothing works, get in touch with us and we will try to do everything possible and in our power: customercare@launchyoo.com
  • Similarly, if someone publishes texts and/or content in which they display the real intention to commit a crime or any other type of illicit act, we invite you to immediately notify the competent authorities and, if this is not possible, to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation: customercare@launchyoo.com
  • Do not break the law within the platform (or outside for that matter…). There are many ways in which this is possible, because human imagination is infinite: usurping the identity of other users, trying to access other users’ device, trying to sell material that you do not own or have any rights to, inciting illegal behaviour, selling illegal material, and so on. We will communicate to the relevant authorities any illegal activity of which we are made aware of in the platform.

Launchyoo does not allow, at the moment, to change the email address associated with the account you have created. This greatly limits the possibilities of profile hacking.

But if the email change becomes necessary, you can send us a request to customercare@launchyoo.com with the information of the new email. Our team will proceed to validate your identity and, once made, the change will be implemented and you will be notified.

In this way, we will never actively contact you, on the platform, proposing the change of email address and requesting new data. Anyone who acts in this way should quickly be the subject of suspicion on your side and the matter notified for us to operate accordingly.

If you have been a victim of hacking or you think someone you know has been, please contact us immediately at the email address above. We will be active to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Ownership over the rights of exploitation and use by the creator or creators of content is a fundamental right, protected by law. At Launchyoo we take it very seriously and will act against any action that violates it. Intellectual property rights include copyright and trademark rights.

To publish or insert content on Launchyoo, you must hold the legitimate ownership of all the exploitation rights which allow their reproduction, distribution, public communication – even in the modalities of rendering it available – and transformation, by any electronic and digital means.

In addition, even if you are the legitimate owner of the exploitation rights over the content that you publish or share on Launchyoo, you must obtain the corresponding authorizations or permissions from the individuals that appear in such publications, in relation to their image rights, so as not to generate illegitimate interference in honour, in personal and family privacy and in the image itself, and to avoid violation of their rights in terms of data protection.

 

Everything said above is valid and effective for any social network and, in general, for any data exchange platform.

You can warn us of an infringement of any of these terms by letting us know the publication that has committed it (Flag of a publication), by writing us a message through the Help and Support option in the application menu, or by writing an email to customercare@launchyoo.com

If you find content on Launchyoo that you believe violates your personal rights or the laws in force in your geographic area, region or country, it is highly likely that it violates Our Community Rules. For example, apology for violence or terrorism, bullying, harassment, explicit sexual content, violation of privacy and individual rights, are things that cannot be consented within the new social network.

We provide you with the option to Flag a publication (click HERE to learn more) so that you can send us information about any inappropriate content. The icon from which you access it, […] three horizontal dots, is available at the bottom right corner of each post.

If the motivation for your complaint is the violation of your own rights, we ask you to clearly indicate this in the space dedicated to additional comments. Our content management staff will verify it as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that we use fair and equitable criteria, our philosophy is open and we promote respect between users, between people. That being said, the fact that you indicate us a post with content that you think is inappropriate does not guarantee that we will remove it.

Obviously, in case you are requesting to eliminate your own data (though you can find the tools to eliminate any post or information present in your profile page yourself), we will proceed on the double.

First of all, if you are reading this information out of necessity, please receive our sincere condolences. You can notify us of the death of a person with a Launchyoo account via customercare@launchyoo.com.

Our policy in these cases is to close the deceased person’s account. It is an intimate event and we want everything to remain in the hands and in the memory of those close to the missing person.

By virtue of article 3. Data of the deceased persons, of the LOPDGDD, if a relative identified as such requests it, we will apply to him or her the right of PORTABILITY of data that corresponds to each user, in this case, to the deceased user, on his or her own data. It will be possible for this relative to obtain the data of the deceased person in a structured format, and safeguard it. Data will then be removed from the platform.

 

As an exception, the people referred to in the previous paragraph may not access the data of the deceased, or request its rectification or deletion, when the deceased person has expressly prohibited it or so is established by the law.

In the event of the death of minors, these powers may also be exercised by their legal representatives.

Launchyoo is a platform for people who want to share, communicate and enjoy social networks in a different, more serene way. There is space for everyone here, as long as consideration is shown towards the rest of the users and the rules of coexistence set in place, based on mutual respect and freedom of expression.

We will never take part in disputes, we will never bias the information and we will never show our personal opinion in any aspect under discussion, but we will take the necessary actions to protect the community and all the people who coexist in it. First of all, illicit actions cannot be allowed, and will be reported to the competent authorities as soon as they are known to occur. In addition, inappropriate content, which may damage the general sensitivity, will be removed and the user who published it will be informed. You can consult the section “Flag a publication as inappropriate” to learn more about how to indicate that a post is indeed inappropriate. We therefore reserve the right to remove content, an advertisement or, ultimately, to block a profile, if it is repetitive in actions that may harm the community. When doing so, we will communicate beforehand. Before taking actions we talk, explain, discuss, not like the bots on other social networks. We are humans and for humans.

There are many specific cases that cannot have space in Launchyoo. We will treat each case separately, with objective and reasonable criteria. We only ask that, together, we try to make this social network a place of interaction from a positive attitude. Launchyoo was born to improve the present and future of social networks, and we hope that this is also reflected in how we all make use of it.

If another user has shared information in a post, through the content of the text or attached photos, video or audio, that violates your privacy, that of a relative of yours (particular emphasis always placed on minors), or that of a person who due to disability, illness, being hospitalized or limited, cannot defend him or herself, or if in general you observe a publication that supposes a flagrant violation of the intimacy and privacy of another person, we strongly suggest that you contact us.

Special case refers to that of minors. If a parent or legal guardian asks us to remove any content featuring their child, under the age of 13, we will do so without delay. If the minor is between 13 and 17 years old, the minor him or herself will have to send us the request to delete the content, unless he or she presents a physical or mental disability. We therefore encourage you to discuss it with them.

We point out, in any case, that for reasons of potential visible content on the platform, the Launchyoo registration process requires confirmation of being 16 years old or more.

To contact us you do not need to fill in any report or to go to other links. You can inform us from within the platform itself. Simply, access the function Flag a post present in all posts, accessible with the icon […] (three horizontal dots) at the bottom right corner.

You will access the menu where you can select one of the available options and write a comment, as long as necessary, indicating what the problem is. The more specific you are, the easier you will make it for us to make a decision about it.

If the problem refers to the content of a post shared by another user, which you consider inappropriate, you have the option to ‘Flag’ the publication. You can learn more at Report an Abuse.

If it is a technical problem that you have identified or a question, or if you want to unsubscribe from Launchyoo (🙁), you can write us from within the application. In the main menu you will find Help and Support, where you can give all the details about your request or complaint. Here you can also ask for generic assistance, leave us a suggestion, an assessment, a comment or report an abuse (user with inappropriate behaviour).

When we answer you, you will receive an email to your registration email from our customer service team, via email customercare@launchyoo.com.

And for any case in general, you can write to us at customercare@launchyoo.com. The same people who receive the information by the other methods are also available to reply from this email address.

The new social network does not use algorithms that preliminarily eliminate content, without the action of people. It is you, the users, who tells us, with your own criteria, if the post shared by another user is inappropriate for any reason. From Launchyoo we will analyse each notification and act from a criterion of freedom and sensitivity. We will not apply censorship but some shared rules and thresholds need to be respected, and we reserve the right to remove posts from the Walls or from Groups that we consider inappropriate. We will proceed to contact users who repeat posting inappropriate content, in order to allow their alignment with respect to the limits of what can be shared. Informing, always.

The option to indicate a publication as inappropriate is available as “Flag a publication“, after clicking on the icon […] at the bottom right corner of each post. It is possible to indicate:

  • Copyright violation. If you know that the person who has shared content on the social network does not have the rights to disseminate it, let us know through this indication.
  • Violent content. Violent cinematographic content (filmed scenes) is allowed, but we will put a limit on the level of actual violence suffered by real people. This social network is not the right scenario for sharing extreme violence.
  • False News. We take False News or “Fake News” very seriously. With this indication you make us notice that someone has published a news that is not in accordance with reality, in a premeditated way. The parodies, jokes, gags or fictional stories based on reality cannot be considered Fake News.
  • Bullying. Psychological or physical bothering, by individuals or groups, to people who, due to their lower number or other particularities, may be considered weak, regardless of age, race, religion or sex, are considered Bullying. We are particularly sensitive to this type of violence and will be careful that its dissemination does not become an object of mockery. Obviously, the cases of chronicle or news that, as unpleasant as they might be, are part of the events, and whose dissemination avoids making an apology for the act, will be accepted.
  • Explicit sexual content. We do not apply indiscriminate censorship, we appreciate art, aesthetics and the human body to an immensely greater extent than the rest of social networks. This said, it is necessary to establish limits when there are many of us who share the same space. At Launchyoo we do not accept images, videos or audio files that contain explicit sex, nor the display of the genital organs before the camera. But we are delighted to welcome artists who play with the lights and shadows, the colours, of any landscape as well as their own body, so that they can find here the space in which to share their art.
  • Generic flag. This option can be used when you consider that a publication is not suitable and should be removed from the Walls, while the reason does not coincide with any of the typologies described above. Please accompany it with an explanatory text so that we can act with knowledge of the facts.

In any of the abovementioned cases, you can write a text describing us, with all the detail you consider necessary, the reasons why you think the post should be deleted. You will help us to act. Obviously, your indication is absolutely anonymous.

Privacy and Safety

The texts, images, audio files and videos that you upload to Launchyoo in the posts you share are not directly downloadable from the mobile application. The audio files are not in the web version either. The option of generating images by copying the screen (“screenshot”) or using specialized applications to download content in the cloud, typically videos, are external methods and are beyond our control.

The information you have shared on Launchyoo is available and can be manipulated through the editing or deletion of the posts, from your user profile and the actions available there.

The same thing happens with the information available in your profile page, which you have filled in yourself and that only you can modify or delete as you desire.

There are three exceptions to this rule:

  • That you ask us to delete your profile. In this case, we will proceed to delete it with all the data.
  • That you request us to modify the profile to solve a problem or need. In that case, with your prior authorization and if it is technically possible, we will proceed to carry out the action that could involve changes in the data associated with your profile and your posts.
  • That, by legal obligation, we are required to provide data to relevant authorities.

In our Privacy Policy we describe a legal right to data protection for all internet users. It is the right to PORTABILITY of data, complementary to the right to ACCESS (access to personal data) and which allows all the data collected in Launchyoo to be obtained in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Therefore, if you wish, you can make use of this right as a user, by writing to us at customercare@launchyoo.com, and we will be happy to answer your request.

Your information, your data, are the most precious thing for us. It is the treasure that we keep locked up, and respect towards them, towards you as a user and towards your experience when using the application, is what differentiates us the most from the rest of social networks.

Launchyoo requires you to be 16 or older to create a profile, and this needs to be confirmed during the registration process, but it might not be a sufficient deterrent.

If your son or daughter, below this age, uses Launchyoo and you are aware of it, it is up to you how to act. If you do not authorize this use, the first step is to uninstall the application from the device. But if that is not enough, you can contact us to request the removal of your child’s user profile. We will ask you for additional information to authenticate you as a parent or legal guardian, then we will proceed.

If, on the contrary, you accept the use of the platform by a minor, you must be aware that they will be exposed to information and image, video or audio files with potential content for adults. Logically, we are not talking here about explicit sex or extremely violent content, for example, which are not allowed, but we are talking about content that, in some cases, could have a tone not suitable for minors. Therefore, we invite you, together with your child, to choose the contacts and profiles they follow, the groups they are part of and also their personal tags, with which they define their tastes. These are the most important tools when it comes to having control over what will be displayed in the application.

We ask you to carefully read our Privacy Policy. We make it clear there, with full transparency, what data we collect from users and for what purposes. But beyond this legal document, we want to make two concepts very clear:

  • From Launchyoo we will never, ever sell users’ data to third parties for profit or for any other purpose linked to our own advantage. We will not do it because it is not in our nature and because we are firm believers in a transparent and sustainable business model. It is OK that you might question our intention given the circumstances and how the large social networks have operated and do operate, but we work day after day to earn your trust.

We want to distance ourselves, in any case, from data theft. The theft of information from our database is a highly unlikely event, but not impossible. This event, if occurring, will be absolutely beyond our wishes and will be reported to the authorities immediately.

  • Advertisers on our platform will not have access to users’ data. When it comes to displaying Ads to a target audience, Launchyoo stands between the advertiser and the audience. That is, advertisers may eventually indicate a type of desired profile by demographic, age or other characteristics. Launchyoo will collect this request and will prepare the delivery of the advertisement on the platform in a manner consistent with these requirements, but without precise indications of any user data addressed to the advertiser.

Launchyoo will provide the advertiser with data about the progression and results of the advertising campaign, so that it can monitor its evolution and draw conclusions. It will be data of a purely statistical nature, without direct relationship with the individual data of the users.

If you want to delete your account, you just have to do it through an indication within the platform in the “Help and Support” section, in the App Menu. Click HERE to see the options on this page. The elimination request should accompany the “Call for assistance” marking.

Alternatively, you can write us a message at customercare@launchyoo.com. You must indicate in the message your nickname and registration email address to confirm your desire to unsubscribe (snif…)

Once we have received this information, we will proceed to remove your profile and account and delete all your files and all your posts, comments and interactions from our databases. It will be as if you’d never existed in Launchyoo, which brings pain to our hearts.

The process can take up to two weeks due to the progressive erasure of data on the servers. We will notify you when it is complete.

As much as it is sad for us to see any of our users leave, if it is your wish, we will appreciate very much if you let us know what you did not like, why are you leaving, so that you can give us an opportunity to improve… and see you back.

We live in the age of the internet, immersed in the cloud, surrounded by computers and connected devices, data, passwords … We are used to being cautious in our actions because we know that there are and will always be malicious people waiting for errors, omissions or naivety on our side. We want Launchyoo to be a secure platform and allow you to navigate serenely. We work for it day by day, but we need you to do your part by following a series of guidelines that you surely know very well:

  • Never share your password with other people.
  • If a suspicious user or profile pretends to be a member of the Launchyoo team and, in order to support you, asks for critical profile data without you having contacted us first, do not reply and notify us immediately.
  • If you see strange behaviour from a user you know, try talking to him/her by means other than Launchyoo to check if everything is okay. If his or her profile has been usurped, let us know. We will try to contact this person by all means at our disposal.
  • If you become aware of users or groups that carry out illegal activities, we urge you to suspend any contact with them and to notify us. From Launchyoo, we will contact the relevant authorities.
  • The damages that you can suffer by using Launchyoo in a non-responsible way are mainly digital, to your profile or your device. However, sharing private data such as your residence or where you are is your right but also your responsibility. Do not share private data that facilitates your location by people who may seek to coerce you or do you any type of harm.

We cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries you may suffer while or due to using Launchyoo, but we are here to help and advise you so that they don’t happen in the first place.

At Launchyoo we want to provide you a serene browsing experience. We give you control of what you see, we minimize the number of ads, we put the emphasis on content and its quality. In addition, the entire application, both in APP and web version (https) is architected with data security in mind.

But it also depends on you, it is in your hands. First, make sure you use a sufficiently complex password. We do not enforce a minimum number of characters or the use of special characters, often annoying ties. Therefore, it will be up to you to decide what level of complexity you consider appropriate.

When you log in, you will be asked for your password and registration email instead of your nickname. Your nickname is known to everyone, your registration email is definitely not.

When you register and before you can access Launchyoo for the first time, an email will be sent to the address you have indicated. It is an activation email, two-step authentication so that only you can complete the process and move on.

Logically, we invite you not to provide your account login data to anyone, inside the platform or outside. We will never contact you to ask for your profile information, which could allow us to identify you, within the platform. We will always do this through our official emails, in particular customercare@launchyoo.com. It is to this email that you should write if your account has been hacked, and we will immediately contact you and resolve the situation. We invite you to contact us if you think a friend’s account has been compromised. Ideally, check with this person first that there is indeed a problem.

Always log out of Launchyoo when using a public device or someone else’s, other than your own.

Be always careful with malicious software, which can cause damage to your computer or mobile phone and, among other things, access the registration and login data of your different programs.

Make sure that access to your mobile phone is restricted by password, PIN, fingerprint, facial image (it is less secure) or pattern. Otherwise, anyone who got hold of your mobile device could have access to your applications.

Do not click on suspicious links, as they could contain malware or viruses.

On Launchyoo, this matter is quite straightforward. Direct. There are not dozens of privacy options that act on as many settings, with which it is decided who will see what, the data that the application will use to define the tastes of the users through the Artificial Intelligence at operation, the characteristics of the personal profile that serve to receive the most suitable advertisements based on the profiling that has been made of us, and many other things over which we do not even have control.

First of all, and what makes us different from other social networks is that, at Launchyoo, respect for users and their data is paramount. This means they are not for sale, they will remain on the platform for as long as you desire. Guarantees? Well, apart from our legal documents, available to anyone (Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy), whose terms we have built and which we strictly abide by moral and legal obligation, think of it this way: what would be the point of a new social network, born to be the alternative to the large networks, with ethics and sustainability as strong points, if it were to be discovered that it does not have either of those? What would then be its differential factor?

Launchyoo and all the effort behind it have been born from transparency and respect for the user as the center of the entire project, with the user experience and the serenity of navigation as focal points of the sustainability of which we are guarantors. And to all this we have added new functionalities and new ways of enjoying digital socialization.

When it comes to what you share on the platform, it is entirely up to you. Launchyoo is an open space by definition, and what you share can in principle be visible to everyone. It is, therefore, your choice to share it or not, with whom, through your actions.

  • Real name, age, gender, “About me”, files in your Album, all belonging to your profile page, are visible by anyone who visits it. You can decide not to indicate some or all of them.
  • Real name. It is the only item on the profile page that can be indicated and, afterwards, decided who will be able to see it, in the application Menu. The options are: everyone – friends – friends of friends – nobody.
  • Posts that you share (with text, images, photos, videos and/or audio files). It is up to you to choose if you want to share them on the Walls, potentially open to be view by any user (although the hashtags you indicate, your contacts and their temperature, as well as the post language, will naturally tend to narrow it to your environment) or on a Group to which you belong. In the latter, if the group is Public, it is accessible by any user. If it is Private or Secret, only those to whom the administrator has granted access will be able to see the content inside and in turn, publish themselves.

If you are aware that someone has violated your privacy, for example by publishing photographs of you without your consent, the first step should always be that you contact that person and try to resolve the situation. But if this is not possible or is ineffective, please report the incident to us through the flagging option of a post, or by contacting us via email customercare@launchyoo.com. We are here to help you, with a humane treatment that distinguishes us from the impersonality of the large social networks.

  • The BUSINESS-type profile. Launchyoo features four types of profiles. When a person registers, they must identify the most suitable one for the use they will make of the network. In today’s large social networks, where the profile is unique, there is always a certain ambiguity for professionals and companies to differentiate themselves. It is easy, for those who are large and well known, to be recognized by their name or logo, not so for the rest, and this difficulty of identification creates problems (actually even for the large ones). But in this social network, the identification of a profile with the “Business” typology makes it very clear, before the rest of users, that it is a professional profile and that, as such, it is present to consolidate a position and disseminate the benefits of products or services. Thus, the ice is broken immediately, and you can move on to more specific topics.

The Launchyoo Advertising Terms and Conditions describe all the conditions to be able to advertise with us. From a content point of view, it must be an advertisement of a professional nature: we do not accept the creation of advertisements to, for example, congratulate a friend’s birthday or any other personal motivation. The publication of an Ad on Launchyoo is done by the platform’s advertiser support. For this, we will need an image, video or audio file, with certain characteristics:

  • The image file must have a minimum side resolution of 1200 pixels.
  • The video or audio file must be less than 60 seconds long.

Inside the post creation page you will find the possibility to select what type of interaction you desire for your post.

Currently, the available types are:

Like/Love. These are the classics, which could not be missing. You can indicate if “you like” a post or that “you love” it (“you like it a lot”).

  • Yes/No. Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down. This new option allows you to obtain opinions and thus to know the tastes of the people who will respond, in a simple and direct way. For example: do you like my new shirt?

  • Stars Rating. From 1 to 5 stars, an option widely used in other web instances but never seen before in social networks. You will be able to gather an indication of the liking of those who vote towards the topics that you want to share. For example: What do you think of this singer’s new song?

You can see, at any time, the names (nicknames) of the profiles that have interacted with the publications and what they have voted or indicated in their interaction. At Launchyoo we are transparent, everyone.

In this social network the number of user interactions is counted and displayed. It is something measurable and as such, we do not want to hide it.

We at Launchyoo want to give you control of what you see and take it away from the Artificial Intelligence algorithms, which observe the use we make of the network and then decide for us what we will see. To do this, we have activated a series of simple-to-use mechanisms that have never been seen before. One of these is the contacts temperature.

On the contacts page (Friends/Following or Followers/Following, depending on your type of profile), the list of all of them is presented and, for each one, a horizontal bar allows you to indicate three temperatures: cold, warm and hot. Depending on the choice made for each user, you will see more or less of what he/she publishes, on your own walls.

  • Cold. For contacts you are lowly interested in, of which you do not mind seeing little or very little of what they publish.
  • Warm. It is the standard value for any new contact.
  • Hot. For those contacts that interest you particularly and of whom you want to know more about and see more on your walls. To avoid trivializing this option, the limit of contacts that can be selected as hot is 50, separately for “Friends” and for “Following/Followers”. Attempting to exceed this number will display a warning.

Launchyoo offers you the possibility of creating and participating in Groups. These can be of any size, from small, for a group of work colleagues for example (even for two people only), to huge groups for massive events.

The creation of a group is simple, through the “Groups” menu, accessible from the Main Menu of the App.

Groups Access

There are three types available, and you must select the type of group during its creation:

  • Public. Visible to all users when searching for it, who can access and join it on their own initiative at any time.
  • Private. Visible to all users upon search. One will request access and will wait for it to be granted by the administrator.
  • Secret. Not visible to users, accessible only by invitation.

The administrator, creator of the group, indicates the name and a description. He or she will manage the requests of other users to come in in case of a Private or Secret group. It is not be possible to change the name of a group or its typology once it has been created.

The “Groups” menu, accessible through the icon in the lower left area of the screen (APP), upper right in the Desktop version of Launchyoo, displays the groups that have been created, the groups to which you belong, the groups to which you have submitted an application for membership and are awaiting approval, and the people who have requested to join a group that you created and are awaiting your acceptance as administrator.

It is possible to share publications only with the members of a group to which one belongs, through the option available in the page where posts are created and shared.

To post on a group you belong to, you have two options:

  • From any of the Walls of the application, by clicking on the lower central orange icon, you will access to the main page for creating a new post. Among the options available in the publication creation menu, the selection of the target audience can be seen. By default it is set to “Wall”, that is, an open message to the community. Pressing to change the option, a window will open and will display the list of groups to which you belong. You can therefore choose the target group.
  • The main page of a group displays, firstly, name and description, then the option to search for users to invite them, the number of users present and waiting for your approval if it is the case, and immediately below, an area through which one can access the page for creating a new post, which will have that group as the default target audience.

It has been developed in the PICS and VIDEO Walls with the aim of allowing a more dynamic navigation, suitable for the tastes of young people but not only. Of course, the “normal” navigation mode, with vertical scroll, is still available.

To enter the immersive mode on this Wall, just tap on an image. Photos are viewed in full screen mode, with the text of the publication overprinted. It is possible to go to the next or previous content with horizontal scroll. It will also be possible to interact with the publication directly and zoom in through the icon in the upper right corner.

There is no stopwatch that makes you to the next image after a short time. We don’t like it at all. In Launchyoo, it is you who decides how much time you want to spend on each image, and you will scroll horizontally to move on to the next one.

To exit the immersive mode, simply press the “back” button on the phone or the icon at the top left of the screen. You will return to normal navigation.

VIDEO wall.

To access the immersive mode while on this Wall, simply start a video. The Player will occupy the entire screen, with the possibility of a fixed zoom and a mute/unmute option (icons on the upper right corner). The text of the post appears overprinted, you can interact directly (Like/Love, Yes/No or Stars rate, depending on the choice made by who published). The video progress bar is vertical, located on the right side. Launchyoo is the first platform to have developed this configuration, which is much more comfortable and ergonomic. Progress dot moves down as the video goes on.

To go to another video, by tapping on the screen, two icons are displayed next to the central Play/Pause. They allow access to the next video (below icon) or previous (above icon).

When one video ends, the next one starts automatically.

To exit the immersive mode, simply press the “back” button on the phone or the icon located at the top left of the screen. You will return to normal navigation.

No other Social Network facilitates modes of use, experiences, so varied and suitable for everyone’s taste, all through an always intuitive and easy interface. Launchyoo is true innovation.

Each user has his or her own Personal Album, a collection of their photos, videos and audio files that they have chosen to be a permanent part of their profile and visible to others.

We travel in the opposite direction and we are proud of it: the trend now on social networks rolls toward expiring content, which disappears after a while. This makes sense as a “new” aspect in those networks where the main content, the feed, is shown based on an algorithm that assigns priorities, so that what is seen is no longer linked to when it was published but to the importance that the AI algorithms assign to it in relation to your tastes (personality profile). But on Launchyoo, content is displayed in strictly chronological order, with Re-Posts as the main tool that can bring interesting posts back to life, when the Launchers decide. Therefore, the natural tendency of any photo, audio or video is to disappear from the radar over time (although it will always be recoverable on the walls or in the Feed of the person who published it). Thus, our Personal Album is a space where you can post the content you want to be permanent, always visible on your profile page.

The Album can be a collection of your best moments, of your company’s products, of places where you have been, and an infinite etcetera. You can find it at the bottom of your profile page or that of any Launcher, below the Feed.

There are two ways of adding a photo, video or audio to your Personal Album:

  • Check the box associated with this function when publishing a new post. If you decide not to go for it, the file will only be associated with the post in which you have published it, and as we have already said, over time it will lose visibility, as new publications fill the Walls and the Groups, from you and from other users.
  • Add content present in publications that you have already shared through the ‘+‘ icon that you will find at the top of the Album, on the right side.

You can delete a file from your Album at any time.

Your Album will always be visible to the rest of the users who visit your profile and it can tell a lot about who you are and what you like.

When tapping at any of the contents within the Album, the post that contains that photo, video or audio will open. This way, the text in the post can give a context. For instance, if you share a nice picture and it’s in your Album, the post could contain an explanation on where it was shot. If it is one of your products you’re placing, the post can talk all about it.

Launchyoo displays the publications in separate walls, allowing easier navigation, focused on your tastes and desires. It is a great innovation in the world of social networks! Thus, the available walls are:

  • Pics. It is the wall of images. Only one image and accompanied by a short text (maximum 250 characters). Because a picture is worth a thousand words. Or that’s what they say.
  • Videos. It is the wall of audiovisual content, one video accompanied by a short text (maximum 250 characters) and a cover image. Only one video per post.
  • MiniMes. It is the wall of short messages with no attached content. The limit is 250 characters. This wall is ideal for you to express ideas or emotions at the moment.
  • Audio&Podcasts. It is the wall for audio files, music, voice recordings, podcasts, one per post, which can be accompanied by text of any length and a cover image. For the first time, podcasters and those who share, love and divulge through audio will have an exclusive space on a social network.
  • Blog&News. It is the wall of publications with long text and/or with more than one attached file (except Audio&Podcast and Video walls, which accept a file and a picture that serves as cover image). It is the maximum expression of complexity and richness of pubblications, it can incorporate up to four files, contemporarily photos, a video, an audio file and, like in the rest of Walls, a GIF and a link preview.
  • MIX. It is the main wall, Launchyoo’s home page. It presents all publications in a mixed way: a Pic post, then a Video, then Blog&News, another Pic…
  • Events. It is the wall of events, which will allow you to view them in a simple way: generic view, by area, organized in a calendar, with the possibility to purchase tickets, etc. This wall is currently under development.

In Your Pics, Videos and Audio Files you can find a chart that describes in detail the target Wall of a post depending on its content.

The walls selection menu is available through an icon in the upper left corner (mobile APP version), or in the left lateral area of ​​the screen, always visible (in the Web version).

On the MIX wall, each post shows, on the top right area, the wall to which it belongs. By clicking on this icon you will go to the wall in question, as an alternative to the abovementioned lateral Menu.

The MIX Wall is “home”, it is the default Wall. You can access it by tapping at the icon in the lower left side of the screen, in the APP’s footer, whereas the rest of the Walls are accessible through the selection Menu.

Various types of profiles coexist in this social network, each with its own characteristics. It is a unique feature which has not been developed by other networks. We want to cover the entire ecosystem of possible users, with your different needs and wishes. Currently available profiles are four:

  • User. It is the type of profile for those who use social networks to keep in touch with friends and family, follow people or brands of their interest, read news or simply have fun with videos, audios or photos. It is also the right choice if you are a blogger or podcaster.
  • Influencer. For those who seek to entertain their followers, keep them abreast of their life, their activities and their tastes, for those who want to expand their digital footprint and the number of people who follow them.
  • Business. For companies (large or small), stores or professionals who want to maintain a stable position on Launchyoo and take advantage of it, mainly for B2B, B2C, networking and to promote actions, products or services.
  • Association. Designed for non-profit organizations or those that carry out social, educational, cultural, divulgation, information, leisure and/or equivalent activities, and want to let them be known.

You will select your profile type during the registration process, through a carousel-type menu.

All profiles share most of the options and settings, but there are some important differences.

  • The Influencer, Business and Association type profiles can “Follow” other Influencer, Business and Association profiles, and be “Followed” by the aforementioned, in addition to the User type profile. Their growth in followers will be organic, boosted by the quality of posts. Eventually, growth can be supported by Ads.
  • The User-type profile can establish “Friendship” relationships with other User profiles, and “Follow” the rest. Click HERE to see more about the types of contacts depending on the profile.

Additionally, User profiles can modify the visibility of their real name with four possible settings:

– Everybody

– Friends of friends.

– Friends.

– Nobody (just me).

This is not possible for Influencer, Business and Association type profiles, which will always be public, with their information visible to the rest of the Launchyoo universe.

And at the top of your publications, next to your real name (if indicated and visible), once the publication is opened individually (click on the area just to the right of the nickname, on the publication present on a wall or in a group).

Separate Walls will allow you to enjoy the content you like the most, whenever you want. A special place is occupied by the AUDIO&PODCASTS Wall. Launchyoo is the first “generic” social network (which allows you to share any type of content, without focusing on a specific one) with a space dedicated to audio, which in today’s large social networks is often hidden behind videos and images. Here podcasters and broadcasters can flourish, combining the advantages of podcasting platforms and the possibilities of interaction and growth of Social Networks.

The Audio&Podcast Wall presents specific functionalities for the use and enjoyment of audio lovers.

To begin with, anyone who publishes an audio file can incorporate an image, which will act as the cover. Unlike other Walls, which limit the number of characters in the text, here you can write as much as you want, to make yourself known and give context to your voice or your music.

When starting an audio, the dedicated Player docks at the bottom of the screen and allows you to continue browsing the application while listening. It is possible to reduce it to a small progress icon, so that it does not disturb.

Accessing a post, by tapping on the area just below the nickname of the person who published it gives access, through an icon in the upper right corner, to the list of the last six audios that the profile has published, in chronological order. The text that is displayed corresponds to the first line of text in the publication. It is therefore suggested that the title always be written on it.

Lista podcasts

Some Launchyoo functionalities that improve the reach of audio disseminators (and not only), beyond the Audio&Podcasts Wall:

  • The Album and Feed, on the profile page, are the best possible “store” of content. In the Feed you will find all the publications in chronological order. Photos, videos or audio files are voluntarily sent to the Album upon publication, for them to be a permanent part of the profile itself, which can be consulted by all launchers. A podcaster should send all of his or her audio files to the Album. When a user opens the file, they will access the publication.
  • As an “open” social network, Launchyoo allows unregistered people to see and listen to the content of the posts, with some limitations for privacy reasons. In addition, applying SEO and using external links within Launchyoo and sharing the links of the publications (or the profile) outside, improves web relevance and search engine indexing. The platform has been designed for that purpose and that makes us unique.
  • Advanced Interaction, Re-Posts, One-Click Off-Platform Sharing, Walls, Groups, Chatyoo (the private chat) … Launchyoo offers so many options to help you grow your digital footprint, if that’s what you want.

Using Launchyoo

Launchyoo will display Ads. It is our clear, direct and never under the radar way of making a profit and carrying ahead this project and, together with you, making it grow and improve. But there is a big difference with respect to the management of Ads on other platforms and we want to be clear: within Launchyoo, they will be presented as posts on the walls, interspersed between approximately 6 to 8 normal user posts (the figure varies depending on different factors); thus, our number of Ads is much lower than those we are currently used to. It is important to clarify that, in addition, there will be no other types of advertisements, such as advertising within the videos, pop-ups or other annoying methods.

First of all, we remind you that, in Launchyoo, there are three types of relationship between profiles. Click HERE to learn more.

If both of you are USER-type profiles, the relationship is called “FRIENDSHIP“.

If the profile that you want to add among your contacts is of the INFLUENCER, BUSINESS or ASSOCIATION type, you will be able to follow it. The profile will appear among your contacts as ‘FOLLOWING’.

If you are an INFLUENCER, BUSINESS or ASSOCIATION type profile, you will have profiles (of any of the four types) that follow you, and they will appear as ‘FOLLOWER’. As any of these three types of profiles, you will not be able to establish friendship relationship with USER-type profiles. They, definitely the most numerous, are the ones who will choose to follow you based on the quality of the content you share, and their own tastes.

It may seem complicated at first, but it is really intuitive and allows real relationships between different people, companies and entities, each with different aims when using a social network.

Your status in relation to any Launcher is visible in their profile page (more on your profile page HERE). It appears between Nickname/Real Name/Profile Type and his/her number of contacts.

If it is already one of your contacts, you can read “Following”, “Friends” or “Follower” followed by the time since your contact was confirmed.

In case you are both USER-type profiles and you are not contacts (Friends), you can ask for friendship through the same icon, which will now be a button. The person in question will receive your friendship request and can accept it, deny it or block you.

In the event that the profile in question, which you have visited, is of the INFLUENCER, BUSINESS or ASSOCIATION type, you can follow it if you wish, by pressing the button. You will automatically appear among his or her Followers, and the profile will appear in your “Following” list.

Any of the profiles in your Contacts Menu, whether Friends, Followers or someone you follow (Following) are liable to be removed from the list at any time.

The private messaging functionality of the social network is called Chatyoo and, together with the Walls and Groups, allows you to communicate with whoever you want and the way you want.

In order to chat with someone, it is necessary that he or she (or it, for companies or associations, though there will be a person behind) is a consolidated contact (Friend, Follower or Following, depending on the type of contact). In this way, the risk of spam and unwanted messages is minimized.

All you have to do then is going to the profile page in question. To the left of the profile picture there is the icon that allows you to start the conversation.

The list of all conversations is accessible through the Chatyoo icon in the footer of the App. The page displays conversations in chronological order, and a ‘+’ button grants access to the list of all contacts so you can start a new conversation from there as well.

Messages are ephemeral, they disappear from the servers after 30 days.

In this first version of the functionality it is possible to send text and emojis.

In case of receiving a message while the App is closed, a push notification is received. You can then enter the functionality and find the last chat in chronological order, in the conversations list.

In case of  receiving a message while navigating in the platform, an overlay window in the upper area will appear. It will allow direct access to the conversation on Chatyoo.

Press on the message bullet icon, in the middle of a post, below the text and files (audio, video, or images) that another Launcher or you yourself have shared, to enter your comment. It will be visible to other users. Comments are displayed in chronological order.

You can tag profiles (@), indicate groups (&) and enter hashtags (#) in your comment, just as you can do inside the text of a post.

If someone enters a comment on your post, you will receive an internal notification in the application and, if you have configured it, an external “push” notification as well, which will be shown to you among the notifications on your mobile device.

Moreover, with nested comments you can reply to a comment entered by another user. To do this, click on the red arrow to the right of the comment. In this way, you will reply to whoever wrote the comment you want to reply to. The comment notification will reach both the creator of the post and whoever wrote the comment you are replying to.

Welcome to the new social network, future Launcher! If you are interested in registering an account on Launchyoo and participating in your new social network, where you are the algorithm, we guide you through the steps to follow.

First of all, and although unfortunately it is detrimental to the ease of the process, we have eliminated any option regarding registering through the account of another application. Thus, we guarantee that your data always stays on Launchyoo, in our strongbox. Otherwise, we could not guarantee it!

Therefore, the Launchyoo registration process is manual, filling in the fields.

If you have downloaded the Application from the Google Play Store, from the Apple APP Store or from the Huawey AppGallery, the first time you open it you will arrive at the Login page, from where you can Create a New Account.

From the Desktop version, at www.launchyoo.com you can start the registration procedure (Sign In) or you can Log In to the platform in its Desktop version if you are already a registered member.

In both cases, you can access the registration page, where you can create a new account, your gateway to the world of Launchyoo which opens for you with joy and gratitude. Its appearance is as follows:

You must indicate your nickname, the way in which you will be known within the application. Once inside, on the profile page, you can indicate, if you wish, your real name as well. The nickname cannot contain special characters or spaces. A warning message will let you know if you need to delete a character, as well as the fact that the nickname you have chosen has already been previously selected by another user.

Next, you have to indicate your registration email.

Then, the password you want to use, which you must enter twice to avoid mistakes.

The next step is to choose the type of profile you desire. There are four available:

  • To use Launchyoo like most of us use social networks: to entertain ourselves, be in contact with friends and family, read news and comments… choose the USER
  • If you want to have followers, keep them informed of your life, your tastes and make them grow in number, choose the INFLUENCER
  • For companies, large or small, a business or a professional, and there is the desire to have a stable plant on the platform, choose BUSINESS.
  • For a non-profit, informational o communication entity, or others, choose the ASSOCIATION

Once all this is done, you can now click on the ‘Create an account‘ button.

For data security reasons (for us your data is the most important thing), the creation of the account requires another step. After pressing the create account button and confirming you are above 16 years old, we will send you a verification email to the email address you have provided. Please keep an eye, for this email could end up in your SPAM folder.

In this email you will find your verification code and a button indicating CLICK TO ACTIVATE.

Click or tap on it and you will return to Launchyoo, to a window with everything pre-compiled, including the verification code, so that you simply have to click on CREATE ACCOUNT. Doing so will activate it.

Et voilà!, Now you can go to the Login screen, enter email and password and navigate. Don’t forget to say hello once inside!

You can create a post and share it through the central icon at the bottom of the screen (APP version) or using the upper writing area (Desktop version). The post creation window allows you to:

  • Write the accompanying text. You can indicate hashtags (#), make references to other contacts (@) or groups (&). You can allso type or paste a link to a webpage, which will be previewed in the post.
  • Include multimedia files. Photos and/or video and/or audio files. the Photos Menu allows to select GIFs. One GIF per post.
  • With regard to photos, video and audio files, you can select the option to make them part of your Album. In this case, they will be permanently visible on your profile page. If this option is not selected, they will lose relevance in the walls over time, with the publication they are part of.
  • Choose the type of interaction with your post by other users: Like/Love, Yes/No or Star rating. This is what we call “advanced interaction“.
  • Choose the recipient. Here you can decide if the post you are about to share will be directed to a Group to which you belong or to all users (‘wall’).

Launchyoo determines, based on the length of the text entered and the multimedia files that accompany it, what type of post it is and therefore which Wall it will go to, and will show it to you in the “Post” button with the corresponding icon: Pics, Videos, MiniMes, Audio&Podcasts or Blog&News (and in the near future, Events). Remember, regardless of this, it will always go to the MIX wall as well, which displays all content types.

Once you have shared the post you can, at any time and if you wish, modify its text. This will be possible by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of your publication, the three horizontal dots […] and then selecting “Edit Post“. A message will warn you of the fact that modifying it will result in the loss of interactions (Like/Love, etc) and comments received up to that moment. With this we avoid that the content of a post that has already received feedback from users can be radically changed.

Everything said above has to do with sharing within the platform. Now, it is possible to share posts outside, to any other application or web page.

To do so from the App version, you just need to tap on the sharing icon, placed in the top right corner of each post.

Once done, you will have access to the Menu that allows selection of the application you cant to share the post to, or to copy the URL in the clipoard.

In the Desktop version, simply click and copy the URL of the post, once inside it, after having clicked on the area under the nickname of the person who has published it, exactly as in the App version. The URL looks like this: https://www.app.launchyoo.com/post/24571 for posts, or like this: https://www.app.launchyoo.com/profile/Launchyoo for profiles (profile page sharing is also possible, same way as already described in case of posts, for both App and Desktop versions). Then, just paste the link wherever you want.

Google searches, SEO, use of backlinks… all this is possible on Launchyoo and can greatly increase web reach if managed properly. As a matter of fact, an unregistered person can visit a post or a profile page and see the content, with some limits linked to data privacy and without the possibility to interact.

This social network can show all menu texts in these three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. All menus and all functions will be displayed in the language selected in the Settings. The available languages ​​will expand as the social network grows.

When it comes to posts and content in the App, this is certainly not limited to a single language, and we are particularly proud of it. If some of your contacts post in other languages, or if you indicate multilingual personal tags, or if you write posts in more than one language yourself, everything will be considered by Launchyoo and will result in being able to view posts in different languages. As it should be!

If you add the link to an external web page in your post, a preview of that page will be generated. Once you write the link, you’ll have to wait a few seconds for it to load. The appearance of an icon on the right side of the attachments area will let you know that the preview ready. You will be able to see how it will look by tapping on this icon.

It will always appear at the end of your publication, after the GIF, audiovisual content and text (always in this order) that you may have wanted to include.

Just tap on the preview to visit that web page. But remember to go back to Launchyoo! :).

You can share, with all the members of the network, any post of another Launcher that seems relevant to you. We call it Re-Post or “Re-Launch”. To do this, you just have to click on the post’s Menu icon (three horizontal dots, to the right low corner of the post), which will allow you to select the desired option.

You can write a text that will accompany your Re-Post. The “re-posted” post will go to the MIX Wall, either you did it from any of the Walls or from a Group.

One important thing: any interaction in the form of Like/Love, Yes/No or Stars rating (whatever the chosen option by whoever originally shared the publication was) will be added to those present in the original post. At Launchyoo we believe that it is who originally published the content that could become relevant, the one that deserves to receive people’s feedback, good or bad. Moreover, we display how many times the post has been re-posted. It is also important to add that this social network counts and displays the number of user interactions with any publication: number of Likes, Loves, Yes or No, and Stars.

The re-posts you have made appear in your personal Feed (in your profile) when selecting “See All”, and remember, are only visible in the MIX Wall. More information about the Launchyoo walls is available HERE.

Re-Posts are the perfect way to give life again to posts that are particularly interesting, as they will go back on top of the walls of those who will see them. On a social network which displays information in a chronological order and that does not make use of AI algorithms to decide priorities on what you see, re-posts are one of the best ways of keeping relevant information alive. Because on Launchyoo, it’s you who decide.

If you want to save any of the posts that you find on Launchyoo while browsing through the walls and groups, so as to be able to see it at any later time, you can do so quite simply: by accesing the post menu (three horizontal dots icon) and the selecting “Add to Bookmarks”.

Next, if you access the Saved page from the icon to the left of your photo, on your profile page, you will see the list of all saved posts, in chronological order of publication. There, you can consult them whenever you want and delete them when they no longer serve you.

The web version of Launchyoo (www.app.launchyoo.com) displays, on the right side, a window with suggested profiles, called “Discover“.

Four profiles appear and they change randomly each time the screen is updated. They can be of any type (User, Influencer, Business and Association) indiscriminately, and everything is based on the fact that there are common personal tags (common tastes) or that they are contacts of contacts. None of this data is accessible.

The information visible in this area is the profile photo. By clicking on it, you access their profile page.

Suggested profiles are a great way to break the ice, to start making new contacts, meeting Launchers, and hopefully finding people you know or would like to follow, and making new friends.

You can find the search bar, accessible and at your disposal, with the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the screen, in the APP version, and directly visible at the top, in the Desktop version.

It allows you to find one of these three types of elements:

  • If you type “@” before the text, you will only search for profiles. Once found, by clicking on his nickname or real name, you will visit the profile page, where you can ask for friendship or follow him/her, depending on the profile type. Logically, and depending on it, it can be people, companies or associations.

Profile search is possible through nickname and through real name (or denomination) as well, in order to greatly increase positioning and the ease of being found, if this is desired.

  • If you type “#” before the text, you will only search for tags (tags or hashtags). Once the tag is found, by clicking on it you will access the Mix Wall with all the posts in which this tag is present, in chronological order.
  • If you type “&” before the text, you will only search for groups. Once the group is found (if it is Public or Private, because if it is secret it will not appear), by clicking on it you will access its main page, where you can request entry if you wish, and directly access the publications if it is Public, or request entry and then wait to have access granted if it is Private.

If you do not type any of these icons before the text, you will be looking for any type of element that contains the text you are typing.

The types of contacts with the rest of launchers depend on what type of profile you have chosen when registering. It is very simple and we explain it to you next.

There are two types of possible contacts:

Friends. User profiles have a “Friendship” type relationship with the rest of the profiles of the same type. They can therefore ask any User-type profile for friendship. When the other person agrees, they will be friends on Launchyoo.

Followers. Influencer, Business and Association type profiles will have profiles that follow them (“Followers“, which will be of any of the types of profiles available). You cannot ask a profile to follow you directly, but it will be the person who will decide to do so, based on his or her interests and the quality of what you share as an Influencer, Business or Association.

Thus, User-type profiles have “Friends” (other User profiles) and “Following” (Influencer, Business and Association profiles that are followed). The number of these appears on the profile page, below the nickname.

Contacts User

It is not possible to access the list of contacts from there, for anyone. Access to the contact list is unique for each person, through the contact page, accessible by taping the icon at the bottom right of the footer of the App, or at the top right in the Desktop version.

 

If you are an Influencer, Business or Association type profile you have “Followers” ​​(User, Influencer, Business and Association profiles that follow you) and “Following” (Influencer, Business and Association profiles that you follow). For these profiles it is not possible to follow or be friends to User profiles. The main reason is to ensure they will be attracted and end up following them based on the quality of the content that is generated.

The number of contacts that follow you will appear on the profile page, below the nickname. Not so the number of profiles who are followed, in order to prevent dynamics such as “I don’t follow you because you follow few” or “your followers/following numbers are unbalanced”. At Launchyoo it’s not about that, it’s about content and sharing.

It will not be possible for anyone to access the list of followers from the profile page.

You can, at any time, remove a profile from your Friends or Followers/Following list.

Pending requests are shown as such on the contact page.

Therefore, and as a final summary, a User-type profile can access its “Friends” (other User profiles) and “Following” (the rest) lists. The other profiles (Influencer, Business and Association) will be able to access their “Followers” ​​(all types of profiles) and “Following” (other Influencer, Business and Association) lists.

The web version of Launchyoo (www.app.launchyoo.com) displays, on the right side area, a window with the hottest topics on the platform, through the most popular tags, “Trending tags“. The App version displays them in between posts, in the MIX wall.

In this social network, hashtags are of paramount importance, first of all because the indication of your own personal tags helps the platform to acknowledge your own tastes and consequently to show you the most appropriate content. If, for example, one of your personal tags is “nature”, you are more likely to see a post that features this hashtag, than one that doesn’t have any or that has others. Combine this with your different contacts and their types, their temperature, and the languages ​​you know, and you’ll better understand how Launchyoo presents posts to you:  it’s always up to you and your choices!

The different hashtags present in the posts on the walls are counted, and those with the highest occurrence are shown in “Trending tags”. The update occurs daily, it is a moving average that takes into account the previous days, so… it is in your power to be a trending topic!

Your profile page allows access to your Feed, either to you or to the rest of the users who will consult it. Your Feed is the chronological list of your posts, on any wall. Here you will also have the option to delete any of them.

The latest publications are visible by side scrolling. To see the rest, click on “See All” to be able to scroll through them vertically. When you have selected to see all posts in the Feed, you will see your Re-Posts as well.

The posts that you have shared in the Groups are not visible in your Feed.

The Feed

In Launchyoo you can share your pictures, videos and audio files with the community or with the members of a group to which you belong. Your family and friends, or the entire community, are just one click away! Moreover, since here you are the algorithm, and this is felt by way you choose what you want to see and from whom, and by a more serene navigation, the relationships between launchers are more genuine.

You can share any text message, short or long as you want, photos, videos and audio files through the window to create and share a post. The image below corresponds to the menu of the Desktop version for computer. For more information on creating and sharing posts tap HERE.

With regard to videos, when you select the type of file you want to add to your publication, you can choose between content already present on your phone or computer, or to create it on the spot.

If you choose to share a picture, in addition to what just said above you can select GIFs by GHIPY®. You can add one GIF to a post, and it will be displayed always first, above the rest of the content.

The audio files, created with any recording tool, will be selected and incorporated into your publication.

Remember to accompany your posts with hashtags to give them more relevance! At Launchyoo it’s super important because of the Personal Tags.

The content you have shared will be visible wherever you have sent it to, on the Walls and therefore potentially visible to everyone, or in a Group. Arranging posts in chronological order is a hallmark of Launchyoo, and it means that what you’ve shared will be most relevant shortly after you’ve shared it. If the rest of the users will Re-Post it, your publication will gain relevance again. It will be the users themselves who will extend the life of what is shared, if they think it is worth doing so, and not an AI algorithm.

The content you have shared, as long as you did so on the Walls and NOT in a Group, will be visible to anyone who visits your profile page, through your Feed.

As we’ve said, what you share will naturally lose relevance over time. But if there is a photo, video or audio file that is particularly important to you, you can make it permanently visible on your profile page, in particular in your Album. It is your public collection of your best moments, of what you want to be clearly visible on your profile for a thousand possible reasons and that will remain there until you decide to delete it.

In a publication you can include up to 4 images, a video and an audio. Very importantly: depending on what you share, your post will go to one wall or another. Walls allow the creation of ecosystems of launchers that are interested in a particular type of content, so it is important that you be clear about where your publication will go. The share button itself tells you, displaying the icon corresponding to the target wall. Sure, then you have the MIX wall, which mixes all types of content. So how does it work?

  • If you share a post without attachments, only text, up to 250 characters, you will be sharing MINIMEs (mini messages) on this wall.
  • If you share a single image alongside text of up to 250 characters, it will go to the PICS wall.
  • If you share a video along with a text of up to 250 characters and, if you want, an image (as a cover), it will go to the VIDEO wall.
  • If you share an audio file and, if you want, an image (as a cover), along with a text that can be of any length, it will go to the AUDIO&PODCASTS wall.
  • Finally, if you share:
    • A text longer than 250 characters, without attached content.
    • A video or a photo with a text longer than 250 characters.
    • More than one attached file (photo, video or audio), with the exception of an audio file and a photo, or a video and a photo (the photo serves as cover). In Launchyoo it is possible to share audio, video and image files in the same post, with a limit of a single video and a single audio, and four files total.
    • An audio file or a video along with more than one photo.

In all these cases, the publication will go to the BLOG&NEWS wall. As we said, the ‘POST’ button indicates the wall to which it will go.

Independently to the above’s explanations, your shared post will always go to the MIX wall as well.

GIFS and link previews do not influence the logic behind Wall destination. For example, if you post a short text of less than 25o characters, with a GIF as well, it will still go to MiniMes.

With engineering students from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. It was a wonderful evening and we learned a lot about how to improve the product in its prototype phase.
